Join Bellie Beth and Robyn King for a warm, honest, and supportive evening designed to help you understand what is happening in your body and how to begin supporting yourself through this transition with more compassion and clarity.

The evening will include a relaxed talk followed by plenty of time for open questions and conversation. Come as you are. No prior knowledge needed.

Held just before Valentine’s Day, this evening is an invitation to shift the focus inward. To reconnect with your body. To soften the relationship you have with yourself. And to remember that you are still very much you, even as things change.

Robyn King is a Natural Health Practitioner and founder of Happy Hormone Solutions, who works with women in perimenopause and menopause every day. Robyn helps women understand what is happening in their bodies, connect the dots between their symptoms, and feel less alone and more supported as they move through this stage of life. 

Robyn is married, a mom of three, and shares her home with two dogs, a cat, and a bird. She loves long walks in the woods, sunshine, and getting lost in a good book. She brings this same grounded, nurturing energy into her work, creating a space where women feel seen, understood, and gently guided back to themselves.
